Sales and Marketing Assistant

Omet Americas Inc is the US branch of Omet Srl of Lecco, Italy, a global leader in the manufacturing of printing presses and folding lines for the tissue and non-woven industries. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic bilingual Sales & Marketing Assistant located in our Mount Prospect, Illinois headquarters who will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day activities that will provide assistance to both the Sales & Marketing Departments. Key Responsibilities Handling customer inquiries and providing support. Tracking sales data and preparing reports. Coordinating sales meetings and travel arrangements. Providing administrative support to the sales team. Production of quotes and proposals Updating the Company CRM with all activities Coordination of shipments from parent company to clients Supporting Marketing Efforts Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as web content, brochures, blog posts and press releases Managing social media content and engagement. Assisting with email marketing campaigns. Tracking marketing campaign performance and reporting results. Coordinating marketing events (e.g., trade shows, webinars). General Administrative Tasks Handling phone calls and correspondence. Managing databases and updating information. Assisting with inventory and product management. Maintain and order office supplies Organizing and maintaining files. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
