Human Resources Business Partner - Second Shift

Human Resources Business Partner We are seeking a personable, human resources business partner to join our organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, capable of balancing employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. HRBP duties include extensive employee relations skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, and coaching. You will partner with Inside Sales leadership to develop a culture supportive of company values and drive employee engagement through communication, recognition, and rewards. Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Responsibilities Responsible for Employee Relations and Manager Interface for the needs of the Company. Coordinate orientation, training, and onboarding to ensure a consistent new hire experience. Coordinate with L&D to address organization development needs and facilitate any one‑on‑one or custom needs as determined or discussed by Dept. Manager. Assess and coach to achieve maximum performance in support of a positive customer experience. Manage talent acquisition process, including job profile development and candidate assessment, and coordinate job fairs and campus recruiting events. Develop and support positive and proactive employee relations programs, maintain good communications and working relationships with employees and managers. Assist benchmarking analysis, recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and merit plan documentation as needed. Vary schedule to ensure availability to all employees as needed to address issues and concerns. Coordinate performance management and PIP development and follow‑up. Understand incentive plans and educate employees on plan administration. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources with previous exposure to learning and development or equivalent practical experience required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Thorough understanding of human resources principles. Experience working in an office environment with extensive computer and telephone use. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting a professional image of the company. Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional travel. Proven experience working in a fast‑paced customer contact center supporting a high‑energy Inside Sales team.
