Sales Associate, C&I PCS and ESS

Solarbridge Technology Inc. is a U.S.-based clean energy technology company designing and manufacturing next-generation Power Conversion System (PCS) modules and AC solutions for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) appliances. As C&I energy storage accelerates, Solarbridge is scaling fast and looking for a Director of Business Development who can open doors, close complex deals, and build a repeatable growth engine with integrators and EPCs across North America. Role Description This is a full-time entry level role for sales and business Development, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) at Solarbridge Technology Inc., located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The candidate will work from our Dallas office. Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and leveraging networking opportunities. This is a HUNTING sales role. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction and renewals. Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their needs, risk tolerance, and identify how we can best serve them. Continuously Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Sales Presentations: Compose and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of energy products and services to potential clients. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully address client concerns and objections, with the ultimate goal of closing sales and achieving revenue targets. CRM Management: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage accounts, and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness. The main CRM we use is HubSpot. Qualifications Excellent communication and people skills for building relationships, presenting ideas, and conducting negotiations. Ability to develop business relationships with system integrators, EPCs, OEMs, or large C&I customers. Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends, business opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
