Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
• Coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with the executive housekeeper to develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to maintain quality control.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring all housekeeping materials are stocked and available.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, enhancing their overall experience at our hotel.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and managing housekeeping teams in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee daily cleaning operations with precision and efficiency.
• Proven track record of maintaining high cleanliness and service standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the executive housekeeper and other team members.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Experience in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring all materials are readily available.
• Skilled in training and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork among the housekeeping team.
