Financial Analyst Intern

Baynovation is hiring a Financial Analyst Intern to join our team in San Jose, CA. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field Experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities Experience or strong familiarity with creating complex financial assessments, such as financial models, rolling forecasts, and operating/cashflow budgets Developed and/or implemented new financial reports, dashboards, processes, or tools based on historical data, market trends, and business needs Experience with and ability to learn and manage various financial systems Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize operational and financial information Provide in-depth financial analysis of investments to drive insights on trends, return on investment projects, and opportunities to optimize costs leading to better decision making Forecast operating and capital expenditures, variance analysis against actuals Own financial data and reports to ensure timely execution of accurate results in support of the Company’s monthly and quarter-end close processes Develop forecasting models for various ad-hoc investment projects and to build more predictability into actual spend levels Partner with Engineering and Finance leads to bridge engineering projects and initiatives to financial goals and performance Build thoughtful and concise executive communication for weekly, monthly and quarterly management reporting packages #J-18808-Ljbffr Baynovation, LLC
