Description
Supervise the daily operations of assigned guest room floors and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance meet hotel standards.
Assign and monitor work of housekeeping staff; provide training and support as needed.
Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and maintenance issues; follow through to resolution.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, maintenance needs, and staff schedules.
Uphold hotel policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism and guest service.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Six years of experience in housekeeping supervision in high-end environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
