$80K~$90K Summary We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Japanese ramen restaurant. Currently, we operate two locations in New York and dozens of locations worldwide, with plans for further expansion. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations (managing one location) Perform server and kitchen duties, assisting on-site as needed Manage shift schedules, recruitment activities, and training for new employees Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and inventory management standards Collaborate with the Japan headquarters and area managers to execute business operations Handle marketing, sales management, and performance analysis Qualifications Experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar managerial role Ability to communicate effectively in English Conversational-level Japanese proficiency or higher is preferred Benefits Full health insurance coverage (company-paid) Paid vacation (per company policy) #J-18808-Ljbffr
