Estimator / Project Manager – Commercial Drywall & Metal Studs

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare take-offs and estimates for commercial drywall and metal stud projects
Review plans, specs, and bid documents
Develop pricing and bid proposals
Negotiate bids through award
Manage projects from preconstruction through execution
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

What They're Looking For:

3+ years estimating drywall and light/heavy gauge metal stud framing
Experience with multi-million-dollar commercial projects
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
Strong understanding of commercial construction materials and specifications
Solid communication and organizational skills
