Warehouse Associate / General Labor – The Colony, TX | $16.00/hr

Job Summary

Horizon America Staffing Services is hiring Warehouse Associates / General Labor for a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution facility in The Colony, TX.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials. 
• Perform general warehouse and production support duties. 
• Lift and carry materials throughout the shift. 
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. 
• Meet daily production goals. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred. 
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.  
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. 
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. 
• Reliable transportation. 
• Authorized to work in the United States. 

Schedule

• Monday – Friday 
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
• Occasional Saturdays as needed 
• Overtime available based on production needs

Horizon America Staffing Services está contratando Asociados de Almacén / Trabajo General para una empresa de manufactura y distribución ubicada en The Colony, TX.

Este es un puesto  físicamente demandante y de alto ritmo de trabajo, que requiere resistencia física, levantamiento repetitivo de materiales y movimiento continuo durante toda la jornada. Buscamos personas responsables, con buena actitud y que disfruten trabajar en equipo.

Es una excelente oportunidad para quienes buscan un empleo de tiempo completo con posibilidad de contratación permanente.

Responsabilidades

• Cargar, descargar, mover, apilar y organizar materiales. 
• Apoyar en actividades generales de almacén y producción. 
• Levantar y transportar materiales durante toda la jornada. 
• Apoyar en actividades de embarques, recibos e inventarios. 
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura. 
• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y calidad. 
• Alcanzar las metas diarias de producción. 
• Realizar otras actividades asignadas. 

Requisitos

• Experiencia previa en almacén, manufactura, producción o trabajo general (preferente). 
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras  de forma repetitiva. 
• Resistencia física para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, levantar materiales y mantenerse activo durante toda la jornada. 
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido y físicamente demandante.
• Excelente actitud y compromiso con la asistencia. 
• Actitud positiva y facilidad para trabajar en equipo. 
• Transporte confiable. 
• Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos. 

Horario

• Lunes a Viernes 
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sábados ocasionales cuando la producción lo requiera 
• Horas extra disponibles según las necesidades de producción
