Commercial Account Manager

Seeking candidates with proven experience in account management and sales in the lawn and landscaping industry. Come see the city with us! Our ideal candidate: Has 1 to 2 years plus experience workingin the lawn and landscape industry (e.g., commercial account management, sales and business development positions). Has a valid driver's license in good standing and can maintain a good driving record Is proficient in Microsoft products (e.g., office, excel, word) Demonstrates essential knowledge of landscaping maintenance sales practices (e.g., turf, landscape care, enhancement services), with a proven track record; Has experience (but not required) with the Aspire Software platform for the lawn and landscaping industry; Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and accountability at all times; Is results oriented in all aspects of performance; Is driven to succeed and grow both personally and professionally; Believes in strength of service, performance, execution, and relationships; Will aggressively pursue new relationships in line with company initiatives; Can provide excellent service (e.g., accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, work-site partners, and company staff in a courteous and efficient manner; These are required for this position - candidates without landscape industry experience or without a valid driver's license in good standing will not be considered for this position.
