Medical Recruitment Strategies
Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Washington, NC 27889 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Hours/Week: 40 Position Summary Seeking a licensed Pharmacist to oversee medication dispensing, patient counseling, inventory management, and pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Review and dispense prescription medications Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records Monitor medication compliance and inventory levels Compound medications and prepare sterile products as needed Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Required Skills Active Pharmacist license Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations Experience with patient counseling and medication management Ability to supervise pharmacy staff Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $67 - $69 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
