2nd Shift. Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a Material Handler to join our dynamic team supporting Trystar, a leader in power distribution equipment and related services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse material movements, ERP-driven transactions, and forklift operations and a proven ability to ensure accurate, timely inventory flow to production and maintain organized, safe work areas .

Responsibilities:

• Conduct material transactions per production schedules and Epicor (ERP) signals.
• Read, comprehend, and execute Standard Operating Procedures to operate equipment and support product flow.
• Pull, issue, and transfer parts within Epicor (ERP) accurately and on time.
• Operate forklifts upon training and certification to move materials safely.
• Read and understand job travelers and sales orders to support production needs.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Clean, restock, and organize warehouse areas to 5S standards.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the Materials Supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate material handling equipment, and visually inspect parts.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments.
• Strong communication skills with ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Attention to detail with solid organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives in English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Adherence to PPE requirements including eye, hand, feet, and hearing protection.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry for receiving and issuing products.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor, for material transactions.
• Ability to perform simple mathematics to interpret SOPs, tally sheets, and account for materials and scrap.
