Senior Change Manager

Technology Operations | IT Service Management We are seeking a Change Management Administrator to oversee enterprise IT change governance in a highly regulated environment. This role will facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, administer ServiceNow Change Management processes, manage the enterprise change calendar, and ensure production changes are properly reviewed, approved, and executed with minimal risk. Hybrid in San Francisco (and San Ramon)... 2 day/week Responsibilities Lead daily change reviews, weekly CAB meetings, and emergency change approvals. Administer and govern Change Management processes within ServiceNow. Review change requests for risk, testing, approvals, and rollback readiness. Manage the change calendar, maintenance windows, blackout periods, and conflict avoidance using CMDB data. Support production readiness reviews, turnover processes, and major change cutovers. Develop change metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting using ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Partner with Incident, Problem, Release, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement and audit readiness. Qualifications 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Change Management, ITSM, or Release Management. Hands‑on ServiceNow experience, including Change Management workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, and reporting. Experience with CMDB, impact analysis, and enterprise change governance. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS-ITSM certifications. Financial services or asset management experience. Knowledge of Azure infrastructure, networking, VMware, and disaster recovery processes. Experience supporting Agile/SAFe environments.
