The Assistant Property Manager will aid in the operational and administrative functions of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and optimal property performance. This role involves managing a medium-sized team and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. The Property Manager will use property management software to effectively handle day-to-day operations, focusing on local properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations to maintain high satisfaction and retention
- Administer leases and manage lease renewals and compliance
- Oversee budget management and financial reporting for properties
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely maintenance and services
- Collect rent and manage accounts receivable processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
