HIRING ENTRY LEVEL GRADS FOR DATA CENTER PROJECTS! Entry-Level Engineering Technician

Wilton, CT | $24-$26/hr | Day & Night Shifts Available

This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge electromechanical systems in a cleanroom environment, supporting products that power the semiconductor and data center industries. You'll work alongside experienced engineers while gaining valuable troubleshooting, testing, and manufacturing experience.

• Assemble and test complex electrical and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot equipment and support root-cause investigations
• Read engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Use hand tools, measurement devices, and test equipment
• Support process improvements and new product builds
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Internship, lab, military, or hands-on technical experience is a plus
• Motivated individuals looking to build a long-term engineering career

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (+15% differential)
• Compressed work week schedule
• Two-week paid training period

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilton, CT.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
