IT Project Manager - Customer Experience Solutions

As an IT Project Manager focused on Customer Experience (CX), you will lead the full lifecycle implementation of customer-facing solutions. Your role includes planning, coordinating, and deploying CX technologies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will manage risks, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews.
• Resolve conflicts and address challenges that arise during project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of CX solutions such as CRM and Self-Service Portals.
• 5+ years of Customer Experience CX solutions such as CRM and Self-Service Portals.
• Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience managing diverse teams consisting of internal and external resources, both on- and off-shore.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
