Requirements

1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Hazmat endorsement
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

CPM $0.77 Split
+$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
+$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150

Daily Tasks:
Safely haul hazardous freight
Operate modern trucks with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
Monitor compliance and log all activities
Highlights:
77 CPM base pay plus 2 CPM Hazmat pay
Weekly averages of 5,000 miles
Safety, inspection, and referral bonuses
A CDL A license, Hazmat endorsement, and at least 12 months of experience are required to join our driver-centered environment.
