Veterinary Technician

VCA Pahle Animal Hospital is expanding its Patient Care Team and seeking a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician!

Compensation: $ 22 - 26/hr, and the starting range for technicians is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.

Schedule: Full- time opportunity with rotating Saturdays.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

• Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery

• Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs

• Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM

• Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics

• Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments

• Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care

• Maintain accurate patient medical records
