Our Sales Associates are the glue to our business and have a passion for customer service and enjoy providing the best possible experience for our guests. If you like interacting with people face to face, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you! Earn an hourly rate plus you have. This is a part time position averaging 15-20 hours a week. You must be able to work evenings and weekends.

The Role:

• You'll be trained to be a "Boot Expert" . In that role you will use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and service the customer.
• Engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities.
• Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Take pride in the appearance of store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. In addition, you will secure all company assets under one’s control.

A High school diploma or GED.

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements:  

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
