Survey Project Manager - PLS

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced survey professional with a strong background managing teams, projects, and operational performance within a growing surveying environment.

The person in this role will oversee a sizable operation with multiple field crews, project managers, and office staff while helping support continued growth across the region.

Survey Project Manager (PLS) Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations of a growing surveying division in the Charleston market
• Manage and mentor a large team including field crews, project managers, and office personnel
• Provide leadership and direction to approximately 10-12 field crews and 8-10 office staff members
• Oversee project execution, staffing allocation, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Support and develop multiple Project Managers within the organization
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, contractors, and developers
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget
• Drive operational growth and xhyhwjd support continued expansion of the surveying division
• Review survey deliverables and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Assist with business development efforts and strategic planning initiatives Senior Survey Project Manager (PLS) Requirements:
• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in South Carolina required
• 10+ years of experience managing survey projects and staff
