WORK ARRANGEMENT: Any can be remote, hybrid, or onsite.

Pay Rate: $30-35/hr. on W2 ONLY

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 4 Months Contract role

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Sourcing in Finance/Banking industry preferred

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for 2 Senior Recruiters to assist with a lot of name generation, pipelining people in specific markets. It would be great if they had had experience of recruiting in a large banking industry. Extensive agency or 3rd party experience. Running a desk, not necessarily on the sales side. They will be running in conjunction with what we call our talent Client partners, working for specific lines of business. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals. Leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc., for roles of moderate complexity within a single line of business or discipline. Captures, and compiles standard recruiting data sets in all phases of the recruiting process. (Recruiting, assessing, presenting, interviewing, making offers). Serves as key contributors in a larger human resources and business eco system, participating in meetings/projects as assigned. Provides standard consultation to business partners and candidates on the hiring process. Build relationships and consult hiring managers on talent needs, gaps, and skills aligned with the goals and direction of the organization. Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with varying combinations of Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) that facilitate the sourcing and hiring process. Research and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (3-6 Years of Experience Required):
1. Talent Acquisition,
2. LinkedIn Recruiter Experience,
3. Extensive agency or third-party experience,
4. Prior Client or Banking Background Required.

FLEX SKILLS:
1. Preferable experience sourcing in technology, especially in software engineering, data, quantitative analytics, and/or credit risk type roles,
2. Workday

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
5+ years previous recruiting experience required.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Video interview with hiring manager, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
