Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of correctional case records laws, policies and procedures. Supervisory and leadership experience. Ability to interpret legal documents (AOJ and court documents), analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information, ensuring compliance and accuracy in records management. Experience in training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance. Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, commitment to professionalism, accountability and operational excellence.
