Director of Ticketing & Revenue Strategy – Professional Sports

Tucson, AZ | $90,000–$100,000 + Bonus | Direct Hire | Relocation Considered

We're looking for an experienced professional sports ticketing leader who is ready to take ownership of an entire ticketing operation.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee ticketing strategy, pricing, inventory, technology, box office operations, and a team of approximately six — while working directly with senior leadership to drive attendance and revenue.

What You'll Own

• Lead all ticketing and box office operations

• Develop pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies

• Manage manifests, holds, releases, seat inventory, and fulfillment

• Oversee season, individual, group, and promotional ticketing programs

• Analyze sales, attendance, inventory, and revenue performance

• Identify opportunities to increase attendance and ticket revenue

• Manage Ticketmaster and other ticketing technology partnerships

• Partner with sales and marketing on campaigns and promotions

• Lead, coach, and develop a ticketing team of approximately six

• Support game-day ticketing operations and resolve issues when needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional sports business experience

• Strong ticketing and/or box office leadership experience

• Deep understanding of ticket pricing, inventory, manifests, and fulfillment

• Experience using ticketing platforms and technology

• Ticketmaster experience strongly preferred

• Spinzo experience is a plus

• Leadership and people-management experience

• Strong analytical and revenue-focused mindset

• Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

Compensation & Schedule

• $90,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on experience

• Performance-based bonus opportunity

• Relocation assistance may be available
