What We Offer:
- Full-time employment opportunity, providing services at our clinics in Davenport and Silvis, with shared on-call responsibilities.
- Competitive salary structure with a base guarantee of $800,000 for the first two years, transitioning to $600,000 plus wRVU in the third year.

- Relocation support of up to $15,000.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Hematology/Oncology.
- Capability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted medical license in both Iowa and Illinois.
- Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to your practice.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (applications from J-1 and H1-B candidates are welcome).

Work Environment:
Our accredited cancer care program is seeking an additional board eligible or board certified Hematologist Oncologist to join our team of 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, along with experienced clinical and non-clinical staff. We provide a comprehensive range of innovative treatments, advanced technology, and educational resources. Our collaborative services include radiation oncology, infusion resources, genetic testing, surgical interventions (including robotic surgery), clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators. We operate community-based clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, and Silvis, Illinois.
