Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.About the RoleUnder limited supervision, performs all necessary tasks in the repair and maintenance of Sulzer Pumps' and all other manufacturers' pumping equipment while strictly adhering to customer, OEM and industry standard specifications. Follows department policy and procedures manual.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembling all types of pump equipment to customer, OEM and industry standard specificationsDisassembling equipment to gain access remove, clean and inspect componentsInspecting & recording component measurements using instruments, tools and gages and providing inspection reportInvestigating and determining root cause failureDetermining proper materials for repairs as per BOMContouring impellers and pump casings to meet hydraulic requirementsSetting and operating dynamic balancing equipmentPerforming final testing and inspectionsQualifications/RequirementsAnalytical and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailExtensive knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, precision measuring and testing equipment and machine shop equipmentMinimum five (5) years of pump repair experienceAbility to work with limited supervisionAbility to travel to and work at customer sitesAbility to work overtimeWhat We Offer You15 days of paid time off and 12 company-paid holiday401k plan with a 6% matchComprehensive health plan including medical, dental, vision, Life, short-term & long-term disabilityMotivating wellness programEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid paternal leaveGym re-imbursementSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
