Field Service Engineer

SEUS has 8 major local offices in the US to better serve our customers. SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions, Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment for lithography coat/develop, wet cleaning/etching, thermal annealing and metrology applications. SCREEN is well known in the industry for manufacturing the most reliable equipment used in the production of semiconductor wafers and has won high marks year after year for its equipment reliability. Job Summary SCREEN Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for all aspects of tool support (warranty / installation/ spot service/ Service Contract) in the Idaho area. Daily activities include engaging in all SCREEN safety systems (SMBWA, Good Catch, Safety Stand-down, etc.), log checks, process history analysis, alarm check, in-fab and remote tool support, customer relations and support, data entry for tracking spreadsheets and tool manual information research for parts and tool upgrades. The FSE will be performing in-depth maintenance activities both preventive and as-needed repairs for failed components. FSE will work alongside customer MT’s and provide training and support as needed. Salary Range: $35.00 - $55.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience). Position could be a variety of shifts based on warranty / Contract support needs. M-F 8am-5pm, compressed work weeks (CWW) day and night shifts. FSE should have a basic understanding of the following: SCREEN 300mmWet Etch tools (SU3200, FC3100, SS3300S, SU3300). Electro/Pneumatic high precision troubleshooting and repairs (air/liquid/mechanical/electrical/robot systems). Electrical and Fluid diagram familiarity. Chemical handling familiarly (protective equipment and hazards). Metric hand tool familiarity (use of specialized tools and jigs). Be able to perform basic tool body and associated support hardware installation, facilitation, setup and teaching up to and including process acceptance. Job Requirements Basic computer skills (Windows XP & Windows 10, Microsoft Office and SharePoint) Patience and caution for critical activities such as robot teaching, wafer running and nozzle teaching. A positive “Can Do” outlook and demeanor with customer and fellow engineers. A strong “Safety First” attitude about all aspects of working with SCREEN. An open attitude about expanding job activities beyond tool-based work (working that benefits the company as a whole). Be able to travel abroad for training and additional support. Be able to learn further tool sets. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds. Will require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree; or Completion of military technical training and field experience may substitute for an Associate's Degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boisechamber
