Position Overview The Early Childhood Teacher will plan, organize, and implement the instructional program in a Catholic learning environment that encourages students to develop and fulfill their full academic potential. The role is responsible for supervising children at all times and providing a safe, developmentally appropriate program that complies with all mandated state and Archdiocesan policies and procedures. The position is part‑time, scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Essential Functions Provide a grade‑appropriate instructional program for Early Childhood students that adheres to the school’s philosophy, goals, and objectives. Develop lesson plans with clear objectives in line with the Archdiocesan course of study. Observe and assess student progress, keep detailed records of behavior and progress, and share information with parents. Communicate in a clear, professional, and timely manner. Attend all faculty meetings, professional development days, and workshops. Position Qualifications 4‑year degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood preferred. At least 2 years of related experience working in an approved early childhood school. Experience in a Catholic school setting is a plus. Experience working with a developmentally appropriate readiness program desired. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
