Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate within standard operating and safety procedures Liaise and communicate well with other departments in finishing projects in a timely manner and quality fashion Achieve the creation of high-quality Versa gear that represents the company well in the global staging market Utilize Technical Design documents in the construction of staging and equipment Complete all assigned crew training modules Maintain and repair rental equipment Restock rental equipment Load and unload trucks Operate forklift, trucks, scissor lifts (reporting any maintenance needs) Clean and maintain work area, including yard and storage trailers May be asked to assist in the set-up and disassembly of rental and custom equipment Qualification Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Reliable transportation Clean and neat appearance Ability to work weekends and overtime Familiarity with requirements of touring equipment and terminology a plus English speaking preferred, bilingual a plus Physical Demands and Abilities: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
