Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage in treatment planning, including developing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans.

• Ensure documentation is completed promptly and in accordance with all regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to inform treatment processes and enhance patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating compliance while enhancing service quality.

• Serve as a point of liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, creating integrated support networks for clients.

• Facilitate open communication channels to uphold contract standards and contribute positively to Modern Psychotherapy's mission in the broader community.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote programs, securing potential alliances and funding sources.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.
