Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and engage in treatment planning, including developing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans. \n
- Ensure documentation is completed promptly and in accordance with all regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to inform treatment processes and enhance patient outcomes. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual patient needs. \n
- Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating compliance while enhancing service quality. \n
- Serve as a point of liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, creating integrated support networks for clients. \n
- Facilitate open communication channels to uphold contract standards and contribute positively to Modern Psychotherapy's mission in the broader community. \n
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote programs, securing potential alliances and funding sources. \n
- Pursue ongoing professional development through attending relevant conferences and educational opportunities, sharing insights, and representing the agency at statewide meetings and committees. \n
- Uphold and promote the agency's mission, values, and principles in everyday practice. \n
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Modern Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including emotional distress, substance use issues, and complex mental health conditions.
