As a Medical Assistant, you play an important role working with our physicians, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and has a positive experience during their time at Ascentist Healthcare. You will help maintain a professional office environment with strong communication skills as you collaborate with your team to enhance patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit Collecting and documenting medical history and vital signs Chart prepping and maintaining accurate patient records Assisting providers during in-office procedures Preparing patients and procedure rooms ahead of treatments Submitting prior authorizations as needed Supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient flow Ascentist welcomes team members who are striving to reach new heights in their personal and professional development.
