HVAC Technician

Covenant Woods in Hanover County is looking for a Full-Time HVAC Technician to perform maintenance and repair services of facility systems. Responsible for carrying out all planned and unplanned HVAC maintenance throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• Must be high school graduate or equivalent with Technical HVAC and/or Apprenticeship training/ Certification.
• Must communicate effectively with residence and other staff.
• Valid Virginia drivers' license required.
• Must be able to use test equipment, powered and hand mechanical tools, HVAC and electrical tools as needed.
• General maintenance repair skills a plus.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Two years' experience in general HVAC repair or general maintenance with HVAC certification/training required.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday's - Friday's 8:00AM - 4:30PM
