Support individuals in building communication and social skills, independence, and community involvement. Administer medications in accordance with Colorado QMAP guidelines and monitor and document changes in health, behavior, and well-being. Implement individualized support plans and goals. Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, employment opportunities, and recreational outings while creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment. What We're Looking For We're seeking compassionate individuals who are reliable, patient, and passionate about helping others succeed. High school diploma or GED preferred; must meet all agency hiring and eligibility requirements, including a valid Colorado driver's license with an acceptable driving record, the ability to obtain QMAP certification, and first aid/CPR certification (training provided by COI within 90 days of hire). Caring, dependable, positive, and team-oriented. Strong communicators, flexible, adaptable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact.
