As a Personal Care Assistant with CCA Unified Services, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, senior living communities, or other residential settings. Responsibilities vary based on each client’s individualized care plan.

This position is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable assisting clients with both personal care and everyday activities.

PCA Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Providing mobility assistance, including walking, transfers, and proper use of walkers or other mobility devices
• Preparing or assisting with meals and monitoring food and fluid intake when required
• Providing medication reminders and assistance according to the client’s care plan and CCA guidelines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping related to the client’s care, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean living area
• Assisting with errands and appointments when assigned
• Monitoring clients for changes in condition, mood, behavior, mobility, or safety
• Completing required daily care documentation accurately
• Following individualized client care plans and instructions
• Maintaining client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
• Communicating concerns or changes promptly to CCA management
• Following all safety, infection-control, and company procedures
