Teton Medicare is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a  Seasonal Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist during our busy enrollment season from  October 1 through December 15 .

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team environment. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our office.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Duties

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately.
• Take and deliver messages accurately and promptly.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Submit paperwork and assist with document processing.
• Perform general office and administrative duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• Additional hours and occasional Saturdays will be required during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
