We are actively expanding our use of the Microsoft Power Platform to modernize internal workflows, automate business processes, and reduce manual administrative overhead across departments. This position would also include the development and maintenance of Microsoft Forms.

Overview:
We are actively expanding our use of the Microsoft Power Platform to modernize internal workflows, automate business processes, and reduce manual administrative overhead across departments. This position would also include the development and maintenance of Microsoft Forms.
Support Need:
- Perform on-going maintenance for existing workflows
- Hands-on development resources to build and deploy solutions
- Advisory support for scalable architecture and best practices
- Knowledge transfer to internal ITS staff to support long-term sustainability
- Development and maintenance of enterprise-grade PowerApps applications supporting HR, Finance, and ITS workflows
- Automation of approval processes and form routing using Power Automate
- Integration with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD) and potential third-party systems
- Standardization and governance of Power Platform environments
- Development and maintenance of Microsoft Forms based on DBU user provided requirements
- Support and enhance Power Platform solutions across multiple departments. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, document business processes, and develop solutions that align business needs with technology.
- The environment is currently supported by one full-time employee. The ideal candidate will be able to take business requirements, build and maintain solutions, document processes, and recommend improvements.
- Key initiatives include modernizing legacy processes, improving workflow efficiency, supporting document management initiatives, and creating sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer practices.
- Current document management platform is OnBase. The role may include evaluating new tools, researching best practices, and making recommendations to improve existing workflows.
- Several workflows contain complex approval chains and customized business logic. The ideal candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting existing solutions, analyzing workflow issues, and proposing process improvements.
- Limited Active Directory involvement is anticipated. Most integrations are centered around workflow logic rather than extensive API development. Strong analytical skills and adherence to Power Platform best practices are important.
- This role will involve both enhancement of existing workflows and development of new solutions as business needs arise.
