Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Our office is located in Culver City, CA. Our office is open 9a-5p Mon-Fri. I have been a State Farm agent since 2002. I am a proud graduate of Grambling State University, BS Economics. We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
