PATIENT INFORMATION
•Patient Demographics: Adults with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders
•Average Daily Volume/Census: TBD
•Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes - outpatient consultations, follow-ups, care coordination, and chronic disease management
•Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, Sjögren's syndrome, scleroderma, gout and crystal arthropathies, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis

FACILITY INFORMATION
•Beds in Department/Unit: 25-bed hospital
•Trauma Designation: Level III
•EMR System: MED (as listed in the source)
•Specialty Backup: OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Orthopedic/Spine, GI, Neurosurgery, ENT, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Pain, Bariatrics, and General Surgery
•Support Staff: Collaborative medical staff of 100+ employed providers; specific rheumatology support staffing not specified

REQUIREMENTS
•Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
•Active Wyoming medical license or IMLC eligibility
•Certifications: BLS required; current DEA registration required
•Experience: More than 2 years of experience
•Additional Requirements:

- MD or DO; completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship; procedure logs for the last 12 months required; candidates must enter hours in the Vemsta platform; flu and COVID vaccination required unless medically or religiously exempt
