Delivery Consultant - Data & Machine Learning

Salary: $131,300 - 177,600 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• We need at least 3 years of experience working with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Kinesis.
• We expect hands-on experience with SQL, Python, schema design, and software engineering best practices, including secure, testable, and maintainable code.
• We require a strong understanding of distributed systems, data integration methods, database tuning techniques such as partitioning and indexing, and relational database performance optimization.
• We require an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance or higher, and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• Preferred: experience building data platforms with AWS services such as Glue, Lake Formation, Athena, Kinesis, and Lambda.
• Preferred: experience with CI/CD automation using CDK or Terraform, physical data modeling such as Dimensional or Data Vault, and data pipeline optimization.
• Preferred: experience leading end-to-end data engineering initiatives, including migration of on-premises data applications to cloud-native architectures.
• Preferred: experience working with customers at multiple organizational levels to translate needs into scalable data architecture.
• Preferred: familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, and HIPAA.

• We clarify customer business outcomes during discovery and turn them into practical data architecture and engineering solutions.
• We design and build secure, scalable, reliable, high-performing, and cost-efficient data analytics applications.
• We partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate existing infrastructure, and recommend data migration and modernization approaches.
• We identify, reduce, and communicate risks tied to solution and service limitations by making sound technical trade-offs.
• We serve as trusted advisors on industry developments, emerging data technologies, and innovative approaches.
• We share expertise internally through mentoring, training, and the creation of reusable assets.
