The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) unit, within this Division, is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the M&A team, manage relationships with partners in the applications process, and uphold the Reserve Bank’s standards for processing regulatory applications and competitive factor assessments associated with bank mergers and acquisitions. You will strive to position yourself as an expert on regulatory applications related issues. The M&A unit is a team comprised of financial analysts and bank examiners responsible for processing regulatory applications received from bank holding companies, state member banks, savings and loan holding companies, and thrifts.
