As the Manager within the hospital's full-service inpatient pharmacy, you will oversee medication management across a designated critical access, acute care facility that serves medical-surgical, emergency, perioperative, infusion, and transitional care patients around the clock. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will strengthen antimicrobial stewardship, enhance medication reconciliation, uphold USP sterile compounding standards, drive medication safety initiatives, and hardwire evidence-based protocols that elevate outcomes and reliability.
