About the RoleEssity is looking for a smart, talented, and experienced wound care product marketing professional to lead the product portfolio of a growing antimicrobial medical device. The role of Product Manager – US Wound Care is a pivotal role in developing and translating customer and market insights that help drive clarity in understanding positioning and strategy for new customer adoption in the United States. If this is you, we’d love to talk.  What You Will DoClarity of thinking in crafting and communicating go-to-market plans ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned.A data-driven approach to marketing, demonstrating strong analytical skills as well as passion for product analysis, competitive analysis, and market dynamicsDevelop compelling narratives and value propositionsDrive company positioning and messaging through developing relationships at industry events and professional associations.Drive clinical and health economic evidence of product portfolio to aid in health value-based procurement decisionsManage A&P budget, analyze ROI effectiveness of initiatives across 5Ps, execute corrective actionsExcellent collaborator and communicator aligning forward movement across departments on product and marketing strategiesWho You AreBachelor’s degree Demonstrated 5 year work experience required in similar role in healthcare fieldWork experience at wound care medical device companyExcellent written communication skills.
