This candidate-facing recruiting role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging job seekers, creating strong talent pipelines, and delivering an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.The Recruiting Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for job seekers and supports the full candidate experience from initial outreach through screening, interview coordination, hiring-process support, and placement follow-up. The role combines recruiting, customer service, marketing, social media, community outreach, and relationship building. The successful candidate will be energetic, organized, service-oriented, comfortable speaking with new people, and capable of managing high-volume candidate activity while maintaining accurate documentation and strong follow-through.Candidate sourcing and outreach includes connecting with job seekers through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, and online applications. Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and community networking. Reconnecting with previous applicants and associates to identify new opportunities. Maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Participating in recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and job fairs. Supporting local community recruiting initiatives.Candidate screening and interview coordination involves conducting initial candidate screenings, assessing candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and career goals, creating a positive and professional first impression for applicants, scheduling interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process, maintaining consistent communication with candidates, keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the process, and supporting onboarding and assignment activities as applicable.Candidate experience includes serving as a trusted resource for job seekers, answering candidate questions professionally and accurately, providing support with professionalism and empathy, maintaining accurate candidate records in company systems, creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming hiring experience, and following through on candidate commitments and next steps.Recruiting and marketing support includes partnering with recruiting, sales, and marketing teams to meet office hiring goals, assisting with social media recruiting initiatives, promoting open positions through online and local recruiting channels, participating in community outreach activities, attending job fairs, networking events, and local recruiting events, and helping strengthen employer visibility within the local talent market.Team contribution involves collaborating with coworkers to meet recruiting and interview goals, supporting front-office operations during busy periods, participating in coaching, training, and professional development, staying informed on recruiting trends, employment practices, and local labor-market conditions, and contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team environment.Bilingual communication is required for this search.
