Responsibilities as a Home Care Provider: Empower individuals to achieve independence in education, employment, community access, and living skills. Flexible schedule, allowing work from home or managing another job. Competitive compensation, with a stipend paid twice per month plus room and board payments. 24/7 support and access to training and community resources. Requirements: Reside in Maine with a spare bedroom in a well‑maintained home. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with current auto insurance. Willingness to complete required training and maintain compliance. Current home insurance. What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, and commitment to supporting individuality and growth. Ability to complete required paperwork and certifications (DSP, CPR/First Aid), with training covered or reimbursed. Home with two clear exits and a spare bedroom (minimum 8' x 10'). Pass background checks for everyone over 18 in the home.
