Accounting Support Specialist

Role Overview STV is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to work with our corporate project accounting team in our Douglassville, PA office. This hybrid (3 days per week in office) role supports billers and project accountants in preparing invoices and maintaining accurate project setups. Responsibilities Process time transfers Assemble backup needed for the billing team, including reviewing expenses to meet contract requirements Enter subconsultant contracts and invoices into the accounting system (ERP) Provide monthly reporting as required per client or contract Update ERP system information and perform data entry Scan items and maintain document control Assist billing and accounting with data entry or tasks as needed Support client audits by gathering documentation Assist with project closeouts Handle miscellaneous requests as needed Qualifications High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial and/or project accounting support Experience within the A/E/C (Architectural/Engineering/Construction) industry billing preferred Experience with state agencies preferred Detail oriented and strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Compensation Competitive annual salary range: $55,267.00 – $62,803.00.
