With a starting pay of $15 per hour for rehab sessions and $23 per hour for coaching small group fitness classes, plus excellent benefits like a bonus structure, a retirement plan (after 1 year of employment), PTO (after 1 year of employment), 2 free lunches per week, money towards a YMCA gym membership, and even paid time to exercise, this is an opportunity to do what you love in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Schedule:
- Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday: 9 AM - 7 PM
- Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Thursday: 9 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM
Role Overview: As a Chiropractic Rehab Therapist and Group Fitness Coach, your day starts with a focus on patient care. You work closely with patients during their office visits, guiding them through corrective exercises and rehab. Don't worry-we provide all the training you need to learn our exercises and protocols. Your afternoons might involve leading small group fitness classes for adults, where your energy and expertise help others reach their fitness goals. Every day is an opportunity to inspire and make a difference in someone's life!
Required Qualifications:
- Committed to a fitness-forward lifestyle

- CrossFit experience
- CrossFit coaching experience
- Knowledgeable in strength training-functional movement
- Group fitness instructor experience
- Experience with social media content creation
