We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to build meaningful relationships with individuals and families while helping them find insurance solutions that fit their needs. You’ll engage with prospective customers, develop customized insurance proposals, conduct policy reviews, and provide ongoing guidance as clients’ needs change. This position offers hands-on training, warm leads, licensing assistance, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer situations and insurance coverage needs
• Create customized insurance proposals
• Review policies and recommend coverage updates
• Maintain accurate client records and interactions
• Participate in local community events
• Resolve customer questions with clarity and empathy
• Travel to Wadena as needed

Requirements

• Minnesota Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain
• Minnesota Life and Health license or willingness to obtain
• Prior sales experience a bonus
• Strong computer and software skills
• Helpful, accurate, customer-focused approach
• Familiarity with the Perham area preferred
