Bright Beginnings Child Care Center, proudly serving the Mount Laurel community for over 15 years, is hiring passionate and certified P-3 Preschool Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year. We’re honored to continue our strong partnership with the Mount Laurel School District through the Preschool Expansion Program.

You’ll be teaching in our newly renovated school, featuring fully updated classrooms with brand-new furniture, learning materials, and educational technology — designed to support creativity, comfort, and success for both teachers and students.

This position will be located at:

Bright Beginnings 2 Early Learning Center
641 South Church St.
Mount Laurel, NJ 08054

Position: Preschool/Pre-K Teacher (P3 Certification Required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• P3 Certification; Standard preferred. Can accept CE with EPP and mentorship, or CEAS with mentorship.

Salary: $56,000 - $58,000 per Academic Year

Responsibilities:

• Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs and interests of preschool students.
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Plan and conduct educational activities that promote early childhood development.
• Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both students and parents, as well as other staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
