Join us as an Outside Sales Professional, managing your territory, visiting accounts, hitting sales targets, and delivering exceptional service. This role is based in the Greater Minneapolis area. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Own your Zone Plan for Minnesota/N Dakota/S Dakota and update it weekly. Create and maintain a visitation schedule for all accounts. Achieve seasonal sales goals . Drive new account acquisition . Capture vehicle event sales and support growth targets. Implement company programs and initiatives within your territory. Attend sales meetings, tradeshows, and PGA Merchandise Show . Keep your sample line presentation-ready . Submit timely expense reports . Provide excellent customer service . WHAT YOU BRING: Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals. Effective presentation and communication skills. A self-starter mentality with goal-driven focus. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years sales experience, preferably in apparel. Industry familiarity is a plus. WORKING CONDITIONS: Primarily work from home or on the road. Use of computers and office tools required. Frequent travel necessary.
