Work Environment This is a remote role, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a robust outpatient office setting for in-person interventions when needed. Our flexible Monday to Friday work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM encourages a balanced work-life, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs. You will be part of a close-knit team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to inform treatment recommendations. Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans incorporating recognized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices. Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, participating in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care delivered. Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders and treatment options, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions about their care. Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to continually refine your practice and incorporate new strategies into client care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our counseling services primarily focus on diverse populations experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and more. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring a culturally competent approach to treatment, tailoring your therapies to meet their unique needs and circumstances. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. Possession of a current and valid license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Proven ability to utilize clinical knowledge and solution-focused strategies to personalize therapeutic approaches for individual clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective patient engagement and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills to address complex client situations. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, experience in outpatient settings, knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, and experience using electronic health record systems are highly regarded. Familiarity with integrating technology into treatment plans can enhance client outcomes and streamline workflows. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
