Location: Pinterest - 651 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 (online applications only). Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm (full time). More details upon interview. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Pay: $28.00 per hour, fixed. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience. Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
